- Achieve sales result as per assigned sales targets of ECM (Electrical Construction Material) product industry (Wiring Device, Switchgear, Fire Alarm System, Power Tools, Solar).
- Expand B2B business and market by identifying potential partners, contributing to development of selected targets into new partnership (M&E companies, contractors, project owners and designing consultant companies).
- Approach potential projects, follow up client, project progress and cooperate with distributor to convert sale target.
- Define project scope and scale, ensure resources and create necessary action plans.
- Provide pre-
sales technical assistance and product solutions to maintain and improve good relationships with the customers and to get Panasonic brand favored and approved by the customers at their projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, keep customer database updated and improve database.
- Improve Panasonic brand awareness among B2B customers by providing technical and product seminars or presentation to them.
- Regularly visit the customers to get updated about their projects and to be able to have on-time response if necessary.
- Provide support to ECM Sales and Marketing team to promote ECM products if required.
- Closely co-ordinate with Panasonic's distributor to secure the sales order and to assure the customer's satisfaction.
- Prepare the monthly activity report and update project pipeline to line manager.
- Achieve sales result as per assigned sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree of Mechatronics,
Electrical Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience as electrical product project sales.
- Having good network with project owners, M&E companies, contractors and designing consultant companies is a plus point.
- Foreign language: English at intermediate level.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Working as both a teamwork and individual.
