Sales &
Business Development (70%)
Conduct market research; identify, collect, and build lists of potential clients (B2B/B2C) to support business development activities
Perform customer outreach activities such as email and SNS (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), and handle initial stages of communication with potential clients
Prepare and manage business materials, including:
Sales presentations
Product introduction materials
Proposals and other business documents
Coordinate and support marketing and growth activities:
Writing PR articles, SNS content, and promotional materials
Supporting campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
Participate in sales events, seminars, and exhibitions:
Engage with potential clients
Support product explanations and basic demos
Interact with clients in a professional and appropriate manner
Review product UI/UX from a user perspective:
Identify improvement points
Coordinate with internal teams to enhance user experience
Support planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies:
Analyze market trends
Propose ideas to improve business performance
Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively follow up on client interactions and business opportunities
Contribute to business outcomes by supporting early-stage customer engagement and conversion activities
CEO Assistant (30%)
Support the CEO in communication and coordination with international clients and partners
Join meetings with the CEO and assist in communication (mainly in English)
Take meeting minutes, summarize discussions, and organize key points clearly
Prepare business documents, reports, and presentation materials for the CEO
Consolidate information, track progress, and support decision-making
Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on tasks
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the CEO in a fast-paced environment
Mandatory
College/University degree in Business, Marketing, Foreign Languages, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proficient in all four English skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing), equivalent to TOEIC 800+.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, Marketing, or related business roles (preference for candidates with international market exposure or English-speaking environments).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to write content, sales emails, and business documents in English.
Logical thinking, proactive mindset, high sense of responsibility; ability to work independently and multitask.
Professional demeanor, strong confidentiality awareness, and flexibility at work.
Preferred
Experience or knowledge in System Software / Finance / Trading.
Knowledge of B2B Sales,
Digital Marketing, CRM, UI/UX, or technology products.
Experience in SNS management, content creation, or marketing-related activities
Experience in customer-facing roles (online or offline)
Ability or willingness to explain products/services to clients
Interest in contributing to business growth and customer engagement
