Channel Partner Management:
Establish and maintain productive relationships with distribution channel partners.
Assist partners in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
Support partners in achieving their sales targets and provide training and resources as needed.
Resolve conflicts between dealers and ensure smooth collaboration among channel partners.
End-User Customer Development:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with end-user customers.
Conduct direct visits to end users across the Southern region of Vietnam to provide expert consultation, product demonstrations, and support.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key end-user customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and swiftly address any issues or concerns.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts to guide business planning.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance, customer acquisition, and market activities.
Utilize data insights to recommend and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Opportunity Management:
Manage and track sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle.
Analyze potential deals, assess their progress, and take action to advance them through the sales pipeline.
Other task will decide by Head of department, and GM.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the label and barcode printer industry.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in building and maintaining customer and partner relationships.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Expertise in sales forecasting and opportunity management.
Ability to resolve conflicts and foster collaboration among channel partners.
Demonstrated ability to work hard and maintain a positive attitude.
Language: Basic English is required.
Travel: Ability to travel frequently within the Southern region of Vietnam to visit end users.
