Responsibilities:
Cultivate strategically significant accounts while acquiring new and vital business for the company
Establish strong, effective relationships and engage with key decision-makers through business discussions with senior executives.
Actively promote a range of recruitment solutions, showcasing successes in retained business, advertising selection, and complex proposals.
Confidently present candidates to clients over the phone, successfully securing interviews based on recommendations.
Manage the offer process with assurance, addressing counteroffers and negotiating packages for both candidates and clients.
Support the integration of new team members by observing work practices and serving as a role model in recruitment and system procedures.
