1) Work Experience : N/A
2) Intermediate in English
3) Work experience in import car brand is preferable, especially supercar.
4) Passion to Ferrari is highly recommended
5) Accurate Automotive Knowledge with eager to learn is required
6) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills throughout the organization with sales force and staffs in other departments as well as with customers/prospects
7) Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas with highly self-motivated
8) Self-confident to build and maintain relations with Prospects and Clients, especially high-class billionaire/top young elite generation in Vietnam
9) Education level : University degree preferable
10) Car driving license preferred

1. Customer reception and test-drive
• Welcoming Customers according to the Dealership guidelines
• Answering to phone/e-mail/web enquiries related to the sales area
• Finding customer's need and analysis
• Introduce Ferrari models with Unique Selling Points by customer's need
• Performing test-drives and collecting Customer opinions
• Daily updating of CRM / customer database on the system
2. Quotations and contracts
• Producing quotations on cars and options applying defined guidelines
• Driving Customers in the customization of their cars through defined tools (car configurator)
• Writing contracts, collecting required documentations, and performing car delivery procedures
• Proposing financing and insurance services to support car
purchasing3. Trade-ins management
• Managing negotiations for trade-in in cooperation with the
Pre-owned Manager and After Sales
• Verifying and actively proposing car trade-ins whenever it is possible
4. Periodical Activities
• Continuous update of Client and competitors' products and services
• Prospecting new customer activity by marketing tool
• Ensuring that the Customer receives the post-delivery / follow up phone call to check
post-sale Customer satisfaction
• Attending to sales force periodical training meetings
