Handle and follow up on inquiries related to serviced apartments/residences via phone, email, website, and other sales channels.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Residence Sales team in daily sales activities.
Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, contract extensions, and other sales-related documents.
Maintain and update client profiles, sales records, contracts, rates, and related information in the designated system/database.
Coordinate and arrange apartment inspections/site visits for prospective clients.
Support the Sales team in following up with prospective and existing clients regarding proposals, contracts, and required documentation.
Monitor contract expiry dates and support contract renewal follow-up.
Assist in preparing sales reports, occupancy reports, market information, and other reports as required.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of contracts, correspondence, and client records.
Handle general correspondence and communication with corporate clients, agents, relocation companies, and individual residents.
Support sales events, property tours, client meetings, and other sales activities when required.
Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Sales / Residence
Sales Manager.
College/University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in Sales Coordination, Hospitality, Serviced Apartments, Real Estate, or a related role is preferred.
Good command of English; Korean or other languages are an advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
