DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth through merchant acquisition and new customer development.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities, channels, and customer segments.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to improve sales effectiveness.
2. Team Leadership & Development
• Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Establish clear KPIs, sales targets, performance standards, and accountability measures.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Develop talent succession plans and strengthen team capabilities.
• Foster a results-driven, customer-centric, and high-performance culture.
3. Merchant Acquisition & Customer Development
• Develop and implement merchant acquisition strategies across target segments.
• Expand customer networks within SME, retail, F&B, services, and enterprise sectors.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
• Lead customer acquisition initiatives and major commercial negotiations.
• Increase customer retention and maximize customer lifetime value.
4. Sales Operations & Performance Management
• Develop and manage sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue, merchant acquisition, and
profitability targets.
• Analyze sales effectiveness and implement improvement plans when necessary.
• Manage sales budgets and optimize resource utilization.
• Provide regular business updates, market insights, and sales recommendations to management.
5. Customer Acquisition & Market Expansion
• Develop and execute market expansion strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and untapped customer segments.
• Strengthen Alliex's market presence and brand positioning.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to improve customer acquisition performance.
• Drive penetration into priority industries and strategic market segments.
Yêu cầu
Education:
• Bachelor degree or higher in banking, finance, economics or related fields;
Experience:
• At least 5 years experiences of the same or equal position in bank card payment industry, card center at big commercial banks or in Fintech companies;
• Have a wide range of networks and relationships in bank card payment industry;
• Have experiences in client development, project implementation, product development related to bank card payment sector;
• Fluency in English.
