Mô tả công việc
- Sales Director is responsible for managing all sales operations for an organization or business. Your duties include drafting sales reports, meeting sales targets, and estimating sales profit for products. Also known as Sales Director, these experts are talented in negotiation and marketing
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
-Build and maintain strategic partnerships, distributors, agents in Vietnam
-Search and exploit more new distributors, sales agents in Vietnam markets
-Monitoring, monitoring, competition for new products on the market to actively create and improve to expand the market.
- Lead the development of sales training programs
- Support distributor in new product training program and product introduction.
- Regularly visit Key Accounts stores to learn customer behavior, propose Key Accounts solutions to improve sales revenue as well as achieve customer satisfaction.
-Solve the problems that arise in the group (ex: Guest questions or complaints, the situation is expected...)
-Resolve the extraordinary concerns in the jurisdiction.
-Negotiate, propose promotions
-Track import, export, inventories, analyze, evaluate and control the amount of inventory and goods imported by week and month
-Find out information about competitors (prices, policies, programs ...)
-In charge of procedures related to orders, contracts and tracking until the order is delivered, promptly notify customers if any problems occur unexpectedly.
Guide and operation staff follow standard quality and Service in the working area are allocated
-Perform other duties assigned by the Board of Directors
-Combine with the other team supervisor and manager to put business strategy and plan to achieve the objectives.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

Yêu cầu
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Confident, dynamic personality and take responsibility for work
- Successful and proven work experience in sales director/manager or customer care manager role type
- Must have at least: 5 years of experience working in the field of sales & at least 3 years in the role of selling consumer goods, food. Experience working in B2B channels, food services is an advantage
- Strong team management skills and discipline
- Regularly go to the market, meet customers, distributors
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Excellent negotiation, good presentation, strong customer mindset and assertive.
- Has high energy with an attractive level of enthusiasm, good improvisation attitude when facing all situation.
- Detail-oriented and strong task management skills.
