Responsibilities
Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies to achieve revenue, profit, market share, and business growth targets.
Manage overall sales performance by region, channel, product category, and customer segment.
Expand the distribution network, including distributors, agents, building material stores, project customers, B2B, B2C, and modern trade channels.
Build, lead, train, and develop the sales team; set KPIs and manage performance.
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, strategic customers, and business partners.
Manage sales operations, including sales planning, inventory coordination, receivables, and customer management processes.
Prepare and control the sales budget, sales expenses, and market development costs.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to propose suitable business solutions.
Prepare periodic business reports on revenue, profit, market share, forecast, market situation, and team performance.
Coordinate with internal departments to improve sales efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields; MBA is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales/
business development, including at least 7 years in a Sales Director or equivalent role.
Experience in chemicals, building materials, aluminum & glass, construction, or related industries is preferred.
Good English communication skills are preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, data analysis, performance management, coaching, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Willing to travel and able to work well under pressure.
