1. Managing OFFLINE Channels
Develop business objectives for assigned areas in alignment with the company's overall goals.
Be responsible for targets and plans (sales volume/revenue/coverage/display).
Manage and supervise sales activities at retail stores, distributors, and convenience stores to ensure revenue and KPI achievement.
Support the sales team in working with key customers.
Manage company assets at retail stores, distributors, and convenience stores.
Implement promotional programs and sales promotion activities.
Maintain strong relationships with retail stores, distributors, and convenience stores to sustain market share and develop the market.
Assist retail stores in inventory management, sales operations, and resolving emerging issues.
Develop specialized support policies for retail stores to increase revenue and attract customers.
2. Managing Processes and Administrative Tasks
Develop and standardize workflows between departments to optimize business performance.
Manage records, contracts, and documents related to distribution and sales activities.
Monitor and ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations related to partnerships with distributors, convenience stores, and e-commerce platforms.
Plan and prepare detailed business activity reports, proposing optimal solutions for improving processes.
3. Other Tasks
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Leader.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's or Associate's degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in product distribution through offline channels.
Strong skills in team management, operations, supervision, and salesforce development.
Understanding of offline channels.
Strong market analysis, business planning, and sales program execution skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with partners.
High adaptability, ability to work under pressure, and proactive problem-solving skills.
Experience in handling contracts, paperwork, and operational processes is a plus.
Good command of English (spoken & written).
Prior experience in FMCG, food, beverage, or other fast-moving consumer goods industries is an advantage.
