Mô tả công việc
- Follow-up on all sales opportunities within a timely manner;
- Manage sales leads, prospects and customer accounts in line with agreed business objectives;
- Provide sales support for existing channel partners;
- Support sales objectives by researching customers' needs and providing solutions in a professional and effective manner;
- Develop new business relationship within defined industry as well as strengthening existing customer relationship;
- Represent and promote company product in a professional manner at tradeshows, conferences and seminars;
- Establish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales;
- Manage and report sales bookings, potential sales, customer feedback, activity plan, and other reports as required;
- Regularly attend sales meetings and offer feedback and suggestions to improve product solutions;
- Provide answers to pre-sales technical and commercial queries;
- Perform product demonstration in a manner suited for customer's requirements;
- Compiled market/industry data, intelligence reports and competitors' information so as to assist in company's strategy and product development;
- Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that impact target markets;
- Conduct recurring product training to channel partners and end users as required to support sales objectives;
- To follow up with orders and customer/distributor relationship in the Northern of Vietnam or assigned area;
- Any other duties as requested from time to time by supervisor and/or General Director;

Yêu cầu
- Recognized Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Physics, Applied/Material Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology Engineering;
- Prefer candidates with 2 - 3 years of sales experience in Analytical instrumentation; having knowledge about Metal/Mineral/Electronics market. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Knowledge on Optical Spectroscopy device, Raman, Fluorescence, Carbon Sulfur analyzer, Oxygen Nitrogen Hydrogen analyzer, Particle Size Analyzer, XRF and various instrumentations would be an advantage.
- Frequent travel within Vietnam (sometimes with short notice);
- Excellent customer focus with positive attitude and the ability to remain calm & rational under stressful condition;
- Good computer knowledge with strong communication and interpersonal skills that is required to support interaction amongst all parties;
- Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency
- Foreign Language: Well communication in English
