Job Summary
We are looking for a Chinese/ English-speaking Sales Engineer to develop B2B customers and support powder coating projects in Vietnam. The role combines sales, customer relationship management, and technical coordination with internal teams to deliver high-quality coating solutions.
Technical and product training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Development
• Develop new B2B customers and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Understand customer project requirements and coordinate powder coating color development.
• Visit customer sites and provide sales support when required.
Sales Operations & Order Follow-up
• Prepare quotations and follow up customer purchase orders.
• Monitor order status, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts for the upcoming three months.
• Support payment follow-up and debt collection activities.
Technical & Internal Coordination
• Receive customer feedback and coordinate CPAR handling with related departments.
• Coordinate powder coating trials and production line audits together with CTS team.
• Work closely with CTS, production, logistics, and other departments to support customer projects.
Yêu cầu
Must-have Requirements
• Applicants are requested to submit their CV in Chinese or English.
• Fluent Chinese/ English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading).
• Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel and visit customer sites when required.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-have Requirements
• Experience in sales, procurement, or commercial roles.
• Experience in powder coating, coating, paint, chemicals, or industrial products.
• Engineering or technical educational background.
• Experience in B2B or industrial sales environment.
