Position Overview:
As a Technical Presale Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by providing technical expertise and support to our sales team and potential clients. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation. Therefore, your role requires fluency in English, excellent communication skills (well-spoken person), and a solid background in engineering or technology
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and delivery of complex technical and commercial proposals for regional offices.
• Collaborate with the sales, technical, and product teams to gather necessary information and resources.
• Develop and prepare training materials and courses in collaboration with the training department.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for internal teams and regional offices in collaboration with the training department.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for regional offices, including the creation of templates.
• Support the commercial department to ensure a smooth sale process.
• Manage the technical aspects of the sales process, from presenting products and solutions to deployment and support, while identifying Client needs.
• Communicate with Clients to understand their business requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Participate in client and partner meetings, including making presentations, conducting webinars, and attending exhibitions.
• Write technical documentation, including descriptions, presentations, training materials, sizings, and competitive analyses.
• Respond to SoC, RFI/RFP, etc.
• Supervise PoCs, tests, and equipment configuration.
• Record all activities, collect documentation updates, and track process stages in the CRM system.

Yêu cầu
• Technical Higher Education;
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering specialties;
• Fluent spoken English is a must (B2 or higher); Russian is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Knowledge of fuel and fleet monitoring equipment is a plus;
• Ready to travel worldwide.
