Mô tả công việc
Main duties (70%)
-To generate sell industrial equipments and spare parts with range of products are solely presented by Huỳnh Bằng Co.,Ltd.
-Selling solutions to customers.
-Responsible for Sales, marketing and after sales support for a range of product assigned.
-Provide accurate technical support (Automation OR Thermal) to customer's enquiries, prepare Quotation, P.O, follow up on Customer's orders...
-Co-ordinate and assist in delivery, installation, commissioning, training and after sales support.
-Responsible for reaching the company's team monthly sales targets and the achievement of profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
-Maintains and expands the customer base by understanding customer needs and generating sales leads and opportunities.
-Building good relationship with existing client and follow up.Finding new leads and contacts.
-Coordinate for, troubleshooting,consulting customers in selection of the accurate equipments for customer's applications in a time manner.
-Attending brand's trainings, webminar for product's introductions.
-Support sales services and after sales service such as by handling technical questions.
-Support all technical presentations for end-user/customers regarding equipment's operation, maintenance and spare parts knowledge.
- Advisory / recommendation on spare parts, maintenance and other service products to customer.
-Support on service daily business, such as spare parts issue, machine problem advice and furthermore.
-Travel to customer site for technical meetings if necessary.
-Working in team and report discrepancies, unresolved or recurrent problems to Huỳnh Bằng's office.
-Understand technical documentation, blueprints, as to utilise them to support Sales.
-Provide exceptional customer service via phone and eMail.
-Brand development skills once being assigned to certain brand that are solely presented by Huỳnh Bằng Co.,Ltd.
Sales Support Duties (30%)
-Assist Service Team to develop the sales / service networks, potential customers to achieve Sales revenue.
-Conduct marketing research of market competitors regularly.
-Visiting 3-4 clients and factorys per month.
-Be a professional representative for the company with respect to customer problems, ensuring personal acceptability by the customer in appearance and behavior in accordance with company policy and targets.

Yêu cầu
-Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Automation / Thermal Engineering.
- At least some working experience or encourage graduates to apply for the position.
-At least 2 years' experience in relating to Sales Engineer.Candidate is expected to be familiar with some of our main products. Candidate is expected to be familiar with tools and screws...
-Knowledge of Auto CAD or design software would be an advantage.
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
-Sales minded, and able to work with small team in an international environment.
-Occasionally domestic & overseas travel will be required to this position for project development.
-Pro-active, high responsible mindset and self-discipline.
-Good problem-solving skills and time management skills .
-Good English skills due to the nature of the job requires to work with reading manuals, attending web-minars...
-Excellence communication skills to team members, managers and to our customers.

-Working in a professional international environment.
-Working hour : Mon -Friday from 7:30 AM -5:15 PM
-Candidate must have fully completed Covid vaccination including boosters.
