Mô tả công việc

• Provide pre-sales business development, functional and technical expertise through the sales process as a dialogEDU product expert
• Develop leads and sales opportunities
• Ability to offer additional solutions and integrations in response to prospect/existing client requirements
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to understand prospect/existing client requirements, promote product recommendations for prospects and existing clients, and provide sales support
• Drive the adoption of dialogEDU within strategic accounts by translating features into value drivers for the business
• Deliver training to improve product knowledge where applicable
• Strong ability to quickly comprehend and explain complex engineering concepts in simple, effective terms
• Strategize and plan prospect presentations
• Work with prospective clients to present proposals and final contracts
• Understand and continually develop working knowledge of the competitive landscape
• Effectively communicate with all external and internal customers
• Describe problems succinctly to help resolve client issues
• Support RFP/RFI responses, Statements of Work, and other technical responsibilities as required
• Provide translation support for other DialogEDU Key Executives while visiting Vietnam
• Meet and exceed benchmarks and key performance indicators

Yêu cầu

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of technology-based sales experience
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Engineer/Computer Science
• Experience in providing analysis for identifying technical and data architecture
• Experience in Software or Education Technology Sales
• Excellent prospecting and consultation skills
• Strong English speaking/writing skills
• Native Vietnamese language skill
• Confident, compelling communications and presentation style, with exceptional written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to adapt and be effective with different personality types and styles
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Proven ability to take initiative to meet goals and be self-directed, seeking guidance when
• Some travel required
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
Working Hours:
• Approximately 8:30 am - 5pm Vietnam time
• Up to 3 evening hours a week from 9pm - 11pm Singapore Time (Times may change based on need and time zone)
• Available by Whatsapp.
• Authorized for 40 hours/week
