Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Solution Presentations: Present Bitdefender solutions to prospective customers and partners, showcasing key features and benefits.
• Requirement Analysis & Installation Support: Understand customer needs and help plan and execute the deployment of Bitdefender solutions.
• POC & Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC) projects to showcase the effectiveness of Bitdefender's offerings.
• On-Site & Remote Support: Provide technical support during presales engagements, both remotely and occasionally on-site.
• Documentation & Training: Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including training materials, and conduct technical training for both customers and internal teams.
