• Implement
business development and marketing strategies in accordance with the Head of STAUFF Vietnam Ltd.
• Coordinate and execute Sales & Marketing activities in the assigned market segments/ areas of Vietnam.
• Schedule visits to customers, hold technical discussions/presentations.
• Negotiate and handle purchase orders from customers.
• Market identification/targeting; analyze market trends/customers behavior.
• Sales Presentation, Post Sales Analysis & Sales Training.
• Take responsibility for day to day sales enquiries, services and customer technical supports.
• Understand the needs of key accounts to propose suitable solutions based on their requirements.
• Provide service to existing distributors, end users and OEM's to maintain regular sales and development of new products.
• To achieve annual sales target by individuals and by sales team.
• Take responsibility for daily offers, services and technical supports.
• Works assigned by the Head of STAUFF Vietnam Ltd.
• Degree in Hydraulic Engineer / Electronic Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/ Economic Bachelor
• Minimum 2 years experiences in sales for hydraulic system/ hydraulic spare part, hydraulic component, same position in company which do the hydraulic business is preferred.
• Self-disciplined, open, hard-working.
• Professional in Sales and Marketing.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
• Willing to travel frequently in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
• An existent network in Marine (Ship Building), Oil and Gas, Wind energy, Mobile construction machinery, Railway industry or Steel plants is a big added value
• We accept both male and female candidates and under 32 years old.
• Income included Basic salary: 15-20 mil. VND per month + Commission
