Mô tả công việc
• Plan and carry out sales activities to achieve targets and promote our products to precision machining companies.
• Bring more new customers and grow business with existing ones to expand market coverage.
• Manage assigned accounts/areas by visiting customers regularly, introducing products, and offering solutions to meet their needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and pricing for better market share.
• Prepare sales reports, join weekly meetings, and support account planning.
• Visit customers by motorcycle or car.
• Other related tasks assignments by direct leader/management
Yêu cầu
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Need more 3 Sales Engineers - Northern market expansion
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Economics, or related majors
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the cutting tool industry or related fields such as CNC machines, precision machining, or coolant solutions
• Strong customer network with local and foreign manufacturing companies
• Good English communication and B2B negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and as part of a team
• Proactive attitude with ambition for personal and career growth
• Possession of a valid car driving license is an advantage (company car provided for business trips)
• Area of responsibility: Northern Viet Nam
