Description
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Engineer to support our Industrial Projects and MRO division. This is a fully remote role based, where you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across industrial and engineering solutions.
Job Scope
Identify and develop new business opportunities across OEMs, EPCs, manufacturing, utilities, and infrastructure sectors
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Promote industrial solutions including automation systems, generators, safety systems, and MRO products
Conduct virtual meetings and client presentations to understand project requirements
Prepare proposals in collaboration with the technical team
Maintain accurate reporting using CRM/ERP systems
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in industrial sales, engineering, or technical products
Knowledge of industrial automation, electrical systems, or MRO products is preferred
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or
Electrical Engineering is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Experience dealing with Japanese companies will be a plus
