Job Responsibilities:

Develop new customers in freight forwarding (air freight & ocean freight)
Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients
Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales
Coordinate with the Operations team to monitor shipments
Support customers throughout the whole shipment process
Other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager

Requirements:

Good English communication skills (required)
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Logistics, International Business, Foreign Trade, etc.
No experience required - training will be provided
Good communication, eager to learn, proactive attitude
Basic computer skills (Word/Excel)
