Mô tả công việc

- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Geniee's mobile advertising ecosystem and effectively communicate these solutions to potential app publisher partners
- Understand mobile SDK implementation, ad formats specific to mobile environments, and app monetization best practices
- Identify and acquire new mobile app publishers through strategic outreach, networking, and consultative sales approaches
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while building a sustainable pipeline of mobile app publisher opportunities
- Stay ahead of mobile advertising trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to position our solutions effectively
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to publishers for optimizing ad placement, formats, and overall monetization strategy

Yêu cầu

Job requirements:
Must-have:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving and performance optimization
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Fluent English
Nice-to-have:
- Experience working with mobile app developers and publishers
- Experience in mobile advertising ecosystem (ad formats, bidding mechanisms, SDK integration) is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
Employment Package:
- Commission: Individual commission when reaching quarterly sales target.
