Mô tả công việc
Scope of Work (Summary):
To be responsible for overall in "Revenue related" jobs in ACHL;
1) Networking with investors related parties
2) Sales Promotion such as organizing or joining investors related event
3) Sales Deals including Presentation/Negotiation/Finalizing LRA/LSA
4) Licensing including IRC/ERC related work for investors
5) Bad Debt handling cases assigned by Accounting Team with the tenants for speedy collection.
* Major Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Networking with Investors related parties
with Authorities, Agencies, Consulting firms, Banks, Contractors: To maintain relationship and get inquiries or market information in timely manner.
2) Sales Promotion: organizing or Joining Investor related event
Communicate with organizer (FIA/MPI, QEZA, IPA, Associations, Chamber of commerce etc), prepare materials and joining domestic and overseas events.
3) Sales Deals:
Sales presentation, offer land, site visit arrangement, negotiate commercial terms, conclude contracts, schedule control and close deal by correcting money
4)Licensing: IRC/ERC related work with Investors
Support investors and guide consultant properly so that applicant can get IRC/ERC smoothly in timely manner.
5) Handling Bad Debt with tenants to correct money speedy.
Based on a list to be shared from accounting team, contact specific tenant who has outstanding payment and press it to pay.

* Experience & Skills/Competencies
- Qualifications: Minimum Education Level, Specific Degree and Length/Kind of Experience.
+ Experience of business with Japanese Investors
+ Experience of networking with Authorities.
+ Experience of Industrial Park business or knowledge of license process with Authorities.
- Language Proficiency:
+ Advanced Japanese language skill (including reading & writing email)
+ Basic English conversation skill (for internal communication)
- Technical/Behavior Competencies (3-5):
+ Writing-letter skill (Proper wording in Vietnamese, especially for a letter to Authority)
+ Presentation skills
+ Behavior : Humble, Modest, Matured and Cooperative & Harmonic with team
* Achievements Indicators:
- Financial: The number of land lease (Ha) by team, The number of receiving potential inquiries by Individual.
The number of land lease (Ha) by team.
- The number of receiving potential inquiries by Individual: The number of networking activities (Authority, Agent, Business Ass.)
The period of legal procedure for new customers (IRC/ERC application)
- Process: Other service which ordered by GD(SLA of ACHL), Support function head & sales manager & Sales Team
- People: Joining and completion of training program
