Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Corporate and MICE clients to generate repeat business and achieve revenue goals.
Identify and secure new Corporate and MICE business opportunities through proactive sales activities.
Monitor local event calendars, exhibitions, conferences, and business activities to generate qualified sales leads.
Conduct sales calls, client presentations, and hotel site inspections for prospective customers.
Coordinate pre-event and post-event meetings with clients and internal departments to ensure successful event execution.
Maintain and regularly update the hotel's Corporate and MICE customer database.
Ensure accurate and timely use of the Sales & Catering system and CRM database.
Prepare monthly reports on business on the books, sales pipeline, conversion rates, and market activities for management review.
Share sales best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales team.
Participate in trade shows, networking events, sales missions, and industry exhibitions to promote the resort and strengthen brand awareness.
Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Corporate and MICE segments.
Collaborate closely with all operational departments to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and seamless event delivery.
Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, brand standards, and operating procedures.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a
Sales Executive, MICE Sales, Corporate Sales, or similar position within an international 4- or 5-star hotel or resort.
Good understanding of the Corporate and MICE market, event planning process, and hotel sales operations.
Proven sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics, seasonality, and business mix.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
A team player with strong organizational and time management skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Sales & Catering or hotel CRM systems is preferred.
