Manage and develop Diagnostic's accounts in areas in charge of implementing marketing and sales plans to ensure achieve the agreed objectives as business unit and company expectation.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Make business plan, take full responsibility to achieve sales targets and market share goals for your territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in client organizations. Understand the client's internal structure to build strong connections with the right people.
Support the
Sales Manager and Supervisor in setting up and managing accounts and business planning.
Keep an eye on competitor activities and support developing strategies to respond effectively.
Find new customers and projects in your area, grow new markets as directed, and carry out agreed sales and promotional activities.
Introduce and recommend new products to clients based on their needs.
Grow sales of both consumables and equipment in line with sales targets.
Prepare accurate quotations in coordination with the right teams and get necessary approvals.
Follow up to make sure products are properly installed and used according to company procedures.
Provide excellent customer care, including emergency support with loaned or free-of-charge reagents, guidance, and regular updates.
Work with the Operations and Finance teams to collect outstanding payments.
Promote mutual benefits between the company and clients by understanding and supporting their interests.
Keep the customer database (CRM) updated with all relevant client information.
Submit timely reports on activities and responsibilities using the required formats.
Handle monthly sales and stock forecasts.
Manage and report any product-related issues in collaboration with management, operations, and service teams.
Address customer complaints and ensure appropriate solutions are put in place.
Manage assigned accounts and make sure clients receive proper after-sales support.
Help organize and coordinate marketing events and activities.

1. Education:
• Bachelor's degree (Medicine/ Biomedical/ Business or equivalent).
2. Work Experience:
• 2 to 5 years of experience
• Experience in Medical device/ Consumables sales.
3. Language:
• Mandatory: Vietnamese and English (Basic proficiency in reading and writing technical documents).
4. Hardware/ Software Skills:
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
5. Special Skills:
• Execellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Right sales attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively with and to understand the needs of others in a sales relationship
• Good analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, can work independently and have a good team spirit. Love to become a success salesperson.
• High responsibility, work hard and willing to travel.
