Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Executives( 3000$, Open for Expats, ID17211):
Networking: Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (authorities, agencies, banks, contractors) and coordinate with internal departments to gather information for customer inquiries.
Sales Promotion: Organize or participate in events hosted by business associations, government bodies, and agents to promote the company.
Sales Deals: Negotiate and execute sales transactions in line with company policies and strategies.
Licensing (IRC/ERC): Support investors and consultants in securing smooth, timely IRC/ERC approvals.
Client Updates: Regularly update the Direct Manager on the status of client negotiations.
Debt Collection: Follow up on overdue payments with tenants, working with the accounting team to recover debts.
Other Tasks: Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Languages, or related fields.
Proficient in English (good communication skills) and Microsoft Office.
Strong skills in sales, presentation, negotiation, and communication.
Experience in the real estate industry, industrial parks, or networking with authorities is preferred.
Willingness to travel for business trips and attend customer/partner welcome events.
