Mô tả công việc
· Prospect and identify potential customers within the assigned territory or market segment.
· Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication, meetings, and product demonstrations.
· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
· Present and promote the company's products/services to prospective customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
· Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers.
· Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the customer and the company.
· Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-sales support.
· Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
· Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management review.

Yêu cầu
· From 1 - 2 years experience in Sales Service, Sales IT
· Proven track record of success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
· Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
· Self-motivated, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and other departments.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Good English Communication Skills
