Mô tả công việc
- Search for information, discover and approach projects and needs for industrial equipment, anti bacterial living equipment.
- Actively seek and maintain potential / existing customers with the team.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual business plans of the team and submit them to the Board of Directors for consideration; review and approve the plan and evaluate the work results of each salesperson for the monthly and weekly plan; be responsible for the overall performance of the team and of each subordinate staff;
- Follow up, Support employees in the group with jobs related to bids, contracts and liquidation: signing, monitoring contract performance, liquidating commercial contracts of employees in the group
- Implement the department's sales plan to ensure the achievement of the target and promote sales
- Periodically report on results, sales forecasts, and key sales activities, outlining possible solutions of any shortfalls
- Explore potential new products, categories, and business forms and propose to the Board of Directors appropriate and effective development directions.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Male/Female, age 26 - 38, graduated from University with major in engineering, mechanics, business administation or related major.
- Good English communication
- With B2B and B2C sales and marketing experiences is reffered
- At least 3 years of experience. Prioritize each sale of valves and pumps
Health, agility, dynamism, communication skills, passion for business, willingness to go on business trips at home and abroad.

Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Salary: negotiable based on experience
- Commission 5% of sales if KPI is achieved.
- Regimes and insurance: health insurance, social insurance, unemployment insurance.
- Bonus on holidays, Tet, bonus according to the business results of themselves and the Company.
- Probation time: 2 months
- Working time: 8h00 - 17h00 from Monday to Friday, 8h00 - 12h00
