We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive with strong customer development skills to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City.
This role is NOT only about order follow-up - your main mission is to find, approach, and build relationships with new garment factories, buying offices, and fashion brands in Vietnam.
You will work closely with our textile sourcing team and showroom to present fabrics, understand client needs, and turn inquiries into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1.Actively search for and approach new clients (garment factories, buying houses,
designers, e-commerce brands)
2.Promote and present our fabrics in the showroom and during client visits
3.Attend textile exhibitions and networking events to meet potential clients
4.Collect market information and report on trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
5.Follow up with customers from first contact to order confirmation (sampling, quotation, negotiation)
6.Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure repeat business
7.Work with our China sourcing team to offer the best solutions for clients
1. Bachelor degree in English, International Business, Textile/Garment is preferred.
2. 1-3 years working experience as
Merchandiser or Sales Assistant in textile/apparel industry is a plus.
3. Good at written and spoken English.
4. Careful, hardworking, willing to learn.
5. Can travel with manager to factories and customers.
