Job Purpose
• Build, develop, and maintain relationships with clients who have advertising needs.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal departments to deliver optimal media solutions.
• Contribute to expanding market share and enhancing the company's reputation and brand presence in the advertising and communications industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identify, approach, and develop new clients in the advertising field.
• Maintain, nurture, and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Negotiate, sign, and execute contracts, ensuring timely delivery and service quality.
• Meet sales objectives according to monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Collaborate closely with the
Sales Team Leader/Sales Director and related departments to develop suitable media plans for clients.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness; propose timely optimization solutions.
• Prepare business reports, update market and competitor insights, and propose strategies for client acquisition.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/
business development, preferably in advertising, media, or
digital marketing.
• Having an existing network or client base in the advertising industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong market analysis, business acumen, and marketing skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and coordination abilities.
• Energetic, diligent, result-oriented, and able to work under high pressure.
• Prior experience working with advertising agencies, media buyers, or major brands is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: 12-20 million VND/month (depending on capability) + sales commission + year-end bonus (1-6 months' salary).
• Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day; weekends off.
