A. Position Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business
opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and contributing to the company's revenue growth. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing tailored logistics solutions, and working closely with internal teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
B. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development• Proactively identify, approach, and secure new customers within the logistics
and freight forwarding sector.
• Promote the company's services to target markets through various sales
activities including cold calls, visits, and networking.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve assigned
targets.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and overseas partners.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high service
standards.
Internal Coordination
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Pricing teams to ensure
smooth service delivery and client retention.
• Provide timely updates on sales activities, leads, and market developments to
the management team.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify
new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
C. Key Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping.
• Strong understanding of international trade, ocean freight operations, and Incoterms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Result-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English; additional languages such as Chinese, Korean, or Japanese are a plus.

E. Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
