Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the resort's accommodation, dining, event, and other hospitality services to achieve revenue targets and support the resort's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote resort accommodation, dining, and event services to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and actively acquire new accounts.
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, site inspections, and sales presentations.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and promotional packages in accordance with the resort's policies.
- Handle client feedback and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Yêu cầu
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel or resort sales.
- Experience in a 4-5-star hotel/Retreat resort or pre-opening project is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Vietnamese and English.
