ABOUT DIGIBIRD
DigiBird is a Vietnam-based digital transformation consulting and software development company. We deliver IT consulting and integrated digital solutions tailored to each client, helping SMEs adopt technology and accelerate their digital transformation journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work company-provided leads: contact prospects, qualify needs, and advise on the right DigiBird solution (POS/FNB/OMNI) via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
Present and demo the product, prepare quotations, and close deals - ensuring clients understand the value and operating workflow before implementation.
Own the client relationship before and after signing: follow up, resolve issues, and sustain long-term satisfaction.
Build new pipeline through online and offline channels (full training on sales skills, tools, and acquisition strategy provided).
Coordinate with Technical, Customer Service, and Operations teams for smooth consulting, implementation, and support.
Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and contracts; join online or on-site meetings to present solutions.
Nurture prospects to shorten the sales cycle and improve conversion rates.
Track progress, keep customer data updated, deliver weekly/monthly reports, and propose improvements to workflow, sales tools, and market outreach.
REQUIREMENTS
Education &
Experience: College degree or above, or 1+ year in Sales,
Telesales, or Customer Service.
English: Writing/Speaking Skills is preferred.
Skills & Mindset: Clear communicator, fast learner, accountable, positive, and keen to grow long-term in Technology - E-commerce - F&B.
Equipment: Own laptop required.
Attitude: Dynamic, honest, proactive, and genuinely interested in software, technology, and
business development.
