Coordinate inquiries, contracts, welcome groups, follow up commissions.
Marketing and Promotions:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns, KOL deals.
Organize and participate in events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the restaurant.
Utilize social media and other digital platforms to engage with potential and existing guests.
Consolidate restaurant portfolio.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to connect with new travel agencies.
Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
Submit monthly report.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain an updated database of clients and prospects.
Follow up with guests post-visit to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
Implement loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer retention.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with the restaurant's operational team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Collaborate with Chefs and kitchen staff to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences.
