Consolidate raw sales data and deliver weekly/monthly reports & dashboards (volume, value, distribution, KPIs, commercial hygiene) across channels.
Monitor KPI frameworks for sales force (daily call, visibility, NPD...) and monitor targets by region based on market potential.
Analyze and optimize Route-to-Market: territory design, beat planning, outlet classification, distributor performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities and align on trade spend, incentives, and promotional ROI.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned from RTM Manager.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is prefered.
2-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, route-to-market roles, FMCG field is a plus.
Strong data analysis (MS Excel, PowerBI), organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Learning agility, logical, resilience, can-do attitude, ownership, and proactively take on new responsibilities.
English is mandatory.
