Mô tả công việc
Assist the sales and technical teams in communicating with customers and processing orders.
Draft and check sales-related documents such as quotations, sales contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and other business correspondence.
Update and manage customer data, sales orders, and delivery status in the internal system.
Prepare regular sales reports (weekly and monthly) and support ad-hoc reporting when required.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery timelines, and payment conditions.
Track payment status and coordinate with the accounting and sales departments on invoicing and receivables.
Work with logistics partners to ensure goods are delivered on time and efficiently.
Arrange shipments, monitor delivery progress, and handle any logistics-related issues.
Prepare and verify shipping documents and ensure proper record keeping.
Assist the sales team in choosing delivery terms, shipping methods, HS codes, and import duties.
Coordinate with suppliers to track order progress, including production lead time and shipping schedules.
Carry out other administrative or operational duties as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
Male/Female, aged 26-35.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within machinery, industrial equipment companies.
Hands-on experience in Sales Administration, Logistics Coordination, and Back-office Operations, including PO management, invoicing, shipping documentation, and Incoterms.
Fluent in English
