• Drive acquisition of new customers and foster long-term relationships with existing accounts.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales revenue targets.
• Conduct regular client visits to reinforce professional relationships and understand client needs.
• Submit weekly updates on sales leads and pipeline activities.
• Carry out assigned tasks and special projects in a timely, effective manner.
• Report progress to management or senior leadership as needed.
Yêu cầu
• A college or university degree is required.
• In-depth knowledge of InterAsia Lines and its operations.
• Strong understanding of the local market and capacity to cultivate new business relationships.
• Excellent in communication, negotiation, persuasion, and closing sales related to shipping or logistics.
• Character traits sought empathy, responsibility, optimism, focus, and strong interpersonal skills. Dare to challenge goals and break through yourself.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, both autonomously and within teams.
• Preferred: Fluency in spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and proven sales experience in shipping or logistics.
