- Handle all Incentive enquiries (quotations, proposals, pre-inspections, reservations & operations) for Vietnam & Laos
- Manage reservation & operation tasks for confirmed Incentive files until project completion and coordinate with Operation team on suitable guide assignments (updating as necessary).
- Negotiate with suppliers in collaboration with the Contracting department
- Set up a call with clients to understand the client's profile, their needs, expectations and analyze the new requests.
- Escort client on site for pre-trip inspection
- Escort groups on site to ensure smooth trip operations
- Build strong relationships with guides & suppliers in collaboration with Operation department.
- Coordinate with Accounting Department on confirmed files and payments
- Coordinate with Marketing Department to create PPT presentations according to company's standard
- Make sure the Quality of services meet company's standard
- Coordinate with Sales Development Manager in Europe & Representative Offices to keep updated on the market and clients.
- Report to
Sales Team Leader-Incentive,
Sales Manager upon request
- Work on Sales target together with the Incentive Sales Team Leader / Sales Manager.
- Promote and implement new products to the clients
- Research and develop Incentive products database.
