► Responsibilities:
- Monitor all sales operations in the South.
- Supervise & Led the sales team to achieve the sales target as well as KPI
- Manage sales team to ensure their operation abides by SOP.
- Timely collect market information.
- Ensure sales personnel are well trained, motivated, and available when needed.
- Showroom management in terms of Stock, Layout, cleaning, working schedule...
- Sales forecast, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- Responding to customer complaints.
- Perform other related duties as required.
► Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in retail motorcycle sales.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of motorcycle product and dealership operations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional proficiency in English
- A2 license
► Working condition:
- Working time: average 22 working days / month
- Time: 08:00 AM - 17:00 PM.
- Location: Revzone Yamaha Motor Saigon -UOA Building, No 06 Tân Trào Street, Ward Tân Phú, District 7.
