Sales Leader (Industrial Materials)

Take responsibility for sales of all Fujifilm's Industrial Materials (Optical Device, Pressure Measurement/ Microfilter) products by developing/ managing dealers and customers
to ensure consistent brand image improvement through positive action plan.
Deliver Sales target:
• Cultivating strong relationships with high-level executives and procurement customer decision makers; develop customer coaches
• Developing Optical Device business in Vietnam market especially focus on Transportation projects, Government Defense projects, Security projects
• Developing Pressure Measurement product in Automotive, F&B, Fashion manufacturing industries
• Developing Microfilter business in Vietnam market
• Ensuring in-depth understanding of customer needs and sufficient messaging of Fujifilm Vietnam' value proposition across the entire industrial Materials portfolio
• Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning customer meetings and demonstrating equipment capabilities
• Achieving business objectives for assigned territory
• Guiding the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals and budgets
• Leading territory team reviews and updates of account plan based on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity
• Effectively prioritize and manage time to allocate efforts across all deals
• Provide regular updates on progress to management and field leadership; proactively flag instances in which higher level management is required to support deal process.
• Maintain high quality CRM win/loss data.
Product Marketing:
• Gathering and analyzing marketplace trends and customer need, competitors' data
• Coordinating with business Manager and Marketing function to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing event.
Stock Management & Account Receivable:
• Coordinating with Logistic Dept. to control stock level and with FA Dept. to control AR/Overdue.
Any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.
