Sales Leader (Pet Care)

Vietnam Investment Group (VIG) is looking for SALES LEADER (PET CARE) to join Vietnam Food (VNF) - our Portfolio Company.

Vietnam Food (VNF) is the pioneer and leader in Vietnam in sustainably valorizing the shrimp by-products. Since 2014, VNF has successfully developed a unique biotechnological production model with a Zero-Waste production mindset.
As a result, VNF has been able to valorize underexploited shrimp co-products into active ingredients, applicable for Food, Petfood, Feed, Agriculture and different industries (Wastewater treatment, Bioplastics, Pulp & Paper, etc.). With that, VNF is contributing to the circular economy vision and enabling the sustainable development of the shrimp industry.

II. JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will be responsible to lead the Pet Care team covering the global market.
- Sales & Business Development: Develop and coordinate new businesses, product positioning, proposals and presentations for potential customers in market.
- Market Intelligence: Update market trends/changes, scan relevant industries & stakeholders to identify potential collaboration opportunities.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing activities and documents.
- Leadership role:
+ Develop sales plan and strategy and lead and manage teams to achieve the KPI metrics
+ Provide coaching and training to team members
- Other ad-hoc tasks by requests (e.g., internal sharing & training, data processing & report, pitching, etc.)
