I. MAIN ROLES
- Build and develop relationships with new and potential customers.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
II. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be responsible for identifying, approaching, introducing, and consulting customers on the company's products and services.
- Maintain and develop a network of potential customers and business partners across various industries, both directly and indirectly.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers.
- Follow up on contract settlement and coordinate with the Accounting/Receivables team to monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Receive and handle customer complaints regarding service quality and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with other departments and complete monthly reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or College degree in Import-Export, Foreign Trade, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in Freight Forwarding or the Logistics industry is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common office applications.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Good time management skills.
- Outgoing, proactive, honest, hardworking, eager to learn and develop, and able to work well under pressure.

IV. WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Friday: Morning 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Afternoon 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM.
- Saturday: Morning 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (2 Saturdays off per month).
