Preparing requisite reports weekly to Team Leader that record information about email reports, agent's feedback reports, cost reports for all cases that occurred in working week and working plan for the next week.
In conjunction with Team Leader building a plan for sales performance and plan for overseas sales activities such as attendance at Logistics trade shows/ exhibitions, especially WCA workshops to meet sales target.
