We are looking for an entrepreneurial and highly driven Sales Manager to join our fast-growing active gaming startup. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys building things from the ground up, and is passionate about entertainment, gaming, and experiential products.
You will play a key role in driving revenue, building partnerships, and shaping our go-to-market strategy in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation to deal closing
Build strategic partnerships to expand brand presence and revenue channels
Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product)
Recruit, train, and lead a small but growing sales team
Negotiate contracts and manage key accounts
Track sales performance and optimize funnels in a startup environment
3-6+ years of experience in sales or
business development (startup experience is a big plus)
Strong hunter mindset with the ability to build pipeline from scratch
Experience in entertainment, gaming, events, retail, or lifestyle industries preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working environment
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
Fluent in English; Vietnamese required
