Develop the operational Sales plan in EMEA for the assigned domain and contribute to the development of the sales strategy one level higher, in line with customer and business objectives.

Master's degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or a related field.
At least 10-12 years of relevant experience in Sales Management, Marketing, or strategic
business development in an international setting - preferably within Adult Nutrition in health, food, or nutrition industries in EMEA.
Proven track record of driving business growth through Sales strategy, execution, and collaboration with Marketing/BD teams - including relationship-building, leading teams, KPI monitoring, and sales conversion.
Corporate experience, with the ability to navigate within complex organizations and make a meaningful impact.
Entrepreneurial mindset - proactive, ownership-driven, and committed to driving initiatives forward.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
Willingness to travel internationally up to 30% of your time
