1. Job responsibilities:
• Work closely with National Sales Manager to work out the distribution strategies and coverage plan to maximize the sales potential of different areas in the regions
• Responsible for monthly planning to increase the distribution coverage, to set the route plans and call frequency, active outlets by supplier, by category and by key SKU.
• Set stretched sales target to motivate the Area Sales Teams to reach monthly target.
• Based on the required report formats and gather timely and reliable information about distribution by supplier, by SKU, OOS, inventory at store level/stock list order strike rates to measure the sales team's performance.
• Well-versed in the market and competitors' activities, consumer purchasing trends etc. that will help the leadership team to make the right decisions for business.
• Responsible to recruit and select the qualified sales team, to provide sales training, to direct, coach, motivate and evaluate the performance of sales team on monthly/quarterly basic in order to make sure that the productivity of sales team is always improved.
• Work with National Sales Manager and HR to propose the size of sales force, sales structure, prepare job description for various positions of the sales team, to set sales team KPIs, route plans, distribution coverage, etc.
• Work closely with National Sales Manager and HR to provide necessary training courses for sales team to drive productivity, continuous service improvement and resources optimization to improve costs and efficiency.
• Set direction and cascade team/function goals to ensure goals are well- defined and clearly communicated
• Drive and manage learning and development of team in Field Sales and DKSH behavior to achieve team/function goal

Yêu cầu
2. Requirements:
• Degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or a related discipline
• At least 10 years in Sales management
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
• Have a proven sale track record in assigned territories/products/services and an existing network of contacts in baby care industry
• Demonstrate advanced negotiation skills
• Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Able to communicate in English
• Milk formula or Dairy experience is preferred
