Mô tả công việc
1/ Client Management & Business Development:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both international and local key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and needs.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements, challenges, and objectives, and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Present product/service offerings to clients in a compelling manner, highlighting key features and benefits that address their specific needs.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels, proactively addressing any issues or concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
2/ Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within assigned territories.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies based on market research and analysis.
3/ Project Management:
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes, and manage contract negotiations and renewals.
- Understand project timelines and planning, and effectively assign tasks to team members. Ensure proper project coordination and timely delivery of solutions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance metrics, pipeline activities, and client feedback to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
4/ Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Design, Merchandise to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and address client needs effectively.
5/ Team Management: Provide support to sales team members, manage and provide feedback on their performance, conduct training sessions, and develop the sales team. Encourage and foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
6/ Business Travel: Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in business development activities./p/p

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly with international clients.
- Having a minimum 05 years working experience and at least 03 years of management/ leadership role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency is a must.
- Strong business acumen, commercial mindset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities and project management skills./p/p
