Mô tả công việc
• Maintain and develop business with existing and new customers in the assigned area and as per instructed by Director of Sales & Marketing
• Daily sales activities by making sales calls to the assigned clients in the travel trade, phone sales as well as keeping contact via emails in order to achieve the hotel performance and individual budget set by the management.
• Maintenance of sales database.
• Administrative support for Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Always be alert and keep management fully updated on any trade related development which can affect the business level of the hotel.
• Participate on daily sales meeting actively with ideas and concepts.
• Coordinate with Sales Manager based in Hoi An once business deal is closed for their smooth follow ups.
• To further develop and maintain all kind of programs and related activities set by company.
• To do sales call to wholesalers, retail agents, airliners and / or corporations either locally or internationally as instructed by Director of Sales.
• To produce sales call report and follow up after each call
• To maintain and update file for each account as per standard.
• To be in charge for specific markets set by Director of Sales & Marketing.
• To develop and maintain knowledge of market trend, competition and customers.

Yêu cầu
Minimum 3 (three) years experience and in a luxury hotel.
Diploma or Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or similar.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Analytical and problem solver.
Ability to work under pressure.
Management skill ability to supervise, guide and give direction to subordinate.
Ability to be assertive.
Knowledge of general knowledge about hotel and tourism industry.
Knowledge of current market situation and trends.
Knowledge of good administration
