Mô tả công việc
1. Job Objective
• Seeking new customer prospects (opportunities)
• Internal & external sales
• Contribute to the company's development and growth together with management
2. Key Accountabilities:
Sales & development
• Manage overall sales & development activities.
• Ensure data (sales reports) input is properly in the internal sales CRM system: Pipedrive.
• Responsible for leading and improving sales and development processes.
• Respond to Sales leads (finding new customers)
• Ensure the proper implementation and retention of customers in corporation with OPS team.
• Corresponding with customers and agents/partners across the world.
• Make sales calls and visit new and existing customers.
• Identify potential new products and contribute to develop company business in accordance with management strategy.
• Be able to work both in office as well as remotely (business travels in Vietnam)
• Monitoring and managing sales KPI and budgets.
• Participate in weekly staff and sales meeting.
PROCURMENT & PRICING
• Build and maintain good relationships with carriers/co-loaders/subcontractors and develop it effectively in corporation with OPS team & Management.
• Negotiate necessary prices to win customers.
• Maintain and regularly update the pricing to customers.
• Responsible to identify new customers (identify needs for service & pricing)
• Ensure timely response to all inquiries.
TEAM MANAGEMENT & CORPORATION
• Stay closely connected with each team member, offering timely support and guidance.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses in team members and the company, providing targeted assistance for improvement.
• Recognize potential talent within the team and invest in their growth, preparing them for future sales roles.
Yêu cầu
- Education & Qualification: Bachelor's degree, or similar specifically business, transportation, logistics studies, or related field
- Experience: At least 5 years experience in logistics & sales
- Specialist Knowledge & Skills :
• Excel Proficiency
• Strong Analytical Skill
• Detail Oriented
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Good command of English (Read/Write/Speak)
