Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Chemicals, $2500, ID 18027)
Develop and implement sales strategies for pretreatment chemicals.
Collaborate with the company's technical team to provide consulting services and propose optimal pretreatment chemical solutions to customers.
Support the technical team in conducting product trials, evaluations, and transferring surface treatment processes to customers.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with R&D, engineering, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
Monitor market trends and competitors, and recommend improvements to products and services.
Ensure the achievement of sales targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
Regularly report to management on business progress, ongoing projects, and market developments.
Requirement
Male/Female, 30 - 45 years old
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering
5 years of experience in
Technical Sales position in pretreatment chemicals / metal surface treatment chemicals for B2B customers
Fluent in English
