Job Description
Our client is an FDI company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Electrical, home-based, 2.000 USD, ID 17991):
Lead and execute sales strategies to expand market share within the electrical industry.
Manage the entire sales cycle, including tendering, bidding, contract negotiation, and project handover.
Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships with national grid operators, electrical contractors, and key stakeholders.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals that meet both client and company requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, project management, finance) to ensure successful project execution.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial and legal frameworks, risk assessment, and project management practices.
Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and conferences to strengthen professional networks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and adapt to international business practices, including occasional adjustments to working hours to align with global operations.
Travel domestically and internationally as required.
Requirement
Male; Under 45 years old.
5 - 10 years of experience in
technical sales, engineering, and project-based
business development.
Proven expertise in high-voltage technologies is essential.
Demonstrated success in tender preparation, bidding processes, and contract negotiations.
Solid understanding of commercial and legal terms, risk management, and project cost analysis.
Strong networking background with national grid operators and electrical contractors.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written), with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
A commercial approach with experience in preparing offers, contracts, and trade documents.
Willingness to travel extensively within the country and overseas.
